Because many of our products are handmade and/or custom-made, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the item.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
